Returns & Refund Policy

Flexana Returns and Refund Policy:

If a customer’s product purchased was faulty, he/she can return and be able to refund the full price, or exchange it with only paying the return shipping price.

Products exchanged or returned have to be in the same condition and undamaged in the packaging as received.

Requesting a refund or return of a product must be before the pass of 14 days from the date of purchasing.
